We’re based in Ivanhoe, in Fannin County, about as far north as you can get in Texas before you’re in Oklahoma.
From there we cover a wide stretch of North Texas and reach up across the Red River into southern Oklahoma. Roughly speaking, our regular working area runs north to Durant, Oklahoma, west to Denton, southwest through McKinney, Frisco, and Plano into the Dallas area, and east through Paris and Sulphur Springs. Everything inside that boundary is home turf for us, and we’re on the road inside it most weeks.
Outside of it, the answer is usually still yes. We’ve taken jobs on the far side of Fort Worth and stayed a week to finish them. Distance isn’t really the question — the size and shape of the job is. If you’ve got acreage that needs work and you’re wondering whether we’ll come to you, just ask. Worst case, we tell you no and point you toward someone closer.
Bonham is our county seat and the closest sizable town to home. We do a lot of work in and around Fannin County — clearing overgrown acreage, mulching brush and fence lines, building ponds, and getting rural building sites ready. If you’re anywhere near Bonham, we can usually be out to look at your property quickly.
Sherman and the surrounding Grayson County area have seen steady growth, and a good deal of that growth is happening on land that has to be cleared and prepped first. We handle site prep, pads, driveways, grading, and clearing for both new residential builds and commercial projects in the Sherman and Denison corridor.
Paris and Lamar County sit at the eastern edge of our regular working area. The properties out that way tend to be larger and more heavily wooded, which makes it good country for forestry mulching, pasture reclamation, and pond work. We’re out there regularly.
McKinney is where the metroplex meets the country, and the work reflects that. It’s a mix of landowners clearing acreage on the outskirts, homeowners dealing with drainage and grading, and site prep for new construction. It’s also our gateway into the wider Collin County and Dallas-area market, including Frisco, Plano, and Denton.
We cross into Oklahoma regularly, and Durant marks the northern edge of where we normally work. Same services, same equipment, same crew — clearing, mulching, dirt work, ponds, and fencing for property owners on the Oklahoma side of the Red River.

Much of what we do isn’t in a town at all — it’s on county roads and acreage that doesn’t show up on a map with a name attached.
