3L Land Services is a small family business, and we treat your information the way we’d want ours treated. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information You Give Us
We collect information you provide directly, which typically includes your name, phone number, email address, the address or location of your property, and whatever you tell us about the work you need done. You provide this when you fill out a form on our website, call us, or send us an email.
We only ask for what we need to quote and schedule your job.
Phone Calls
Our business phone line runs through a customer management system. Calls to that number may be recorded and transcribed, and those recordings and transcripts are stored in our system so we can keep track of what was discussed about your project. If you’d rather a call not be recorded, tell us at the start and we’ll accommodate that.
If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your inquiry, your estimate, or scheduling. We don’t sell your number, and we don’t use it for marketing calls. Ask us to stop calling and we will.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you give us to respond to your inquiry, come out and look at your property, prepare and send your estimate, schedule and perform the work, communicate with you while the job is underway, and follow up afterward. We also keep basic records of past jobs and customers, which is normal for any contractor.
Who Has Access to It
Your information is stored in the customer management system we use to run the business. It’s accessible to the 3L Land Services team and to Blue Goat Marketing, the agency that manages our website, advertising, and lead system on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
We may share information where we’re required to by law, or where it’s necessary to perform the work you’ve hired us to do.
Advertising
We advertise through Google Ads. Google may use cookies and similar technology to measure ad performance and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. That data is handled by Google under its own privacy policy, not ours. You can manage your Google ad settings through your Google account.
Website Data and Cookies
Our website is hosted and maintained on our behalf by Blue Goat Marketing. Like most websites, it may use cookies and standard analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages get read, where visitors come from, and whether forms are being completed. This information is used to improve the website.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to our Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Business Profile pages. Once you leave our website, the privacy practices of those platforms apply, not ours.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep customer and job information for as long as we need it to run the business and meet our record-keeping obligations. If you’d like us to delete your information, contact us and we’ll do what we can, subject to any records we’re required to retain.
Children
This website isn’t intended for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
