Most people only hire a land clearing outfit once or twice in their life. That’s a hard position to be in — you’re making a decision about a piece of property that matters to you, and you don’t have much to compare it against.
This section is here to fix that. It’s where we put the things we end up explaining on the phone anyway: how the work actually goes, what changes the price, what to ask before you hire anybody, and what finished work looks like. Nothing here is a sales pitch. If it helps you make a better decision, it did its job — even if you hire somebody else.
Articles on land clearing, forestry mulching, dirt work, pond building, and property management, written for landowners in North Texas and southern Oklahoma. Practical stuff: how to decide between mulching and traditional clearing, what to do with a pasture that’s grown up, how drainage problems start, and what to sort out before a build.
The questions we field most often — about our service area, estimates, scheduling, payment, discounts, and how we work. Straight answers, no runaround.
Photos from jobs we’ve completed across North Texas. Cleared acreage, mulched brush, ponds, pads, driveways, demolition, and fence. The clearest picture of what we do is the work itself.
3L Land Services provides land clearing services, forestry mulching, dirt work, and pond construction across a wide stretch of North Texas and into southern Oklahoma.
